As people become
older they lose confidence in their balance.
WHY?
If
you ask someone to explain balance they would be hard pressed to
explain it.
At the
Academy of Kung Fu & Tai Chi our first class covers the
mechanics of balance. Through proper balance one will exercise
their knees and ankles. This will help eliminate falls and
injuries and allow one to have more confidence and self-esteem.
