Balance 

As people become older they lose confidence in their balance. 

WHY?  If you ask someone to explain balance they would be hard pressed to explain it.

 At the Academy of Kung Fu & Tai Chi our first class covers the mechanics of balance. Through proper balance one will exercise their knees and ankles. This will help eliminate falls and injuries and allow one to have more confidence and self-esteem.

This wonderful art allows people of all ages to combat stress and depression through proper breathing and proper exercise. Breathing controls most of the major functions of the body. Balance, Concentration, Focus and  Blood pressure. Breathing is one of the only ways you can exercise your organs!
