Tai Chi and QiGong

Our Tai Chi classes are focused on the internal exercises Tai Chi Chuan and QiGong provides us with. All students will learn the main principles of tai chi, a graceful and slow-moving exercise that works directly with one's qi or life force. Students will learn basic stances and postures but also an entire Tai Chi form (set of movements) in one session. It can make the strong stronger, help with stress management, and centering the body, mind, and spirit. Traditionally there is no difference between Tai Chi and QiGong and we combine both in our classes as much as we can.
